I am a Product Designer and Project Manager based in Seattle, Washington; currently working with Pacific Program Management to create streamlined processes and efficiencies for our teams. I believe in the value of building relationships, prioritizing truly empathizing with your customers in order to strengthen a product, brand, and ultimately their experience! Working in collaboration with stakeholders, board members, directors, teachers, volunteers, and interns, I’ve led end-to-end projects to deliver solutions raising over $100,000. I enjoy mentoring Program Leads and have coached over 60 engineers and administrators through the agile process. My dedication and passion has continuously garnered selection for management and leadership positions.
I am certified in User Experience and User Interface design by Springboard as well as in Facilitation and Coaching Agile Teams from ICAgile.
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.
In the Spring, I also coach track at a local Seattle area high school, focusing in “Throws”: discus, shotput, and my personal favorite, Javelin!
